The Story

James Ng, also known as Boss James, was born into a moderate income family. In the past, his parents earned only around RM 500 to sustain the family. The humble journey began when his parents sought alternatives to improve their lives and provide a better future for the family. From a young age, Boss James aimed for higher education to improve the lives of those around him. He graduated with a Bachelor of Marketing from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, USA. In 2019, he decided to explore entrepreneurship and found a path in short content videos.

Within just 24 months, he managed to gain over 3 million followers across multiple social media platforms. During this time, he also earned 70 million views in 28 days and gained more than 124,000 organic followers in just 30 days. All these efforts have brought the business to a higher level of achievement. He managed to close a record number of motorbike sales in 2020, securing him a spot in Malaysia’s Book of Records.

Boss James Group Sdn Bhd was established in 2021 by founder James Ng, also known socially as Boss James. This company runs a digital media marketing business based in Setia Alam, Selangor. We use social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram to promote their brand to the audience. Additionally, the company provides learning and training programs. We create social media marketing campaigns based on exceptional, relatable content, engaging mechanics, and a plan to disseminate clients’ messages to targeted audiences. We also collaborate with government agencies and non-government organizations such as Polis Diraja Malaysia, schools, universities, and other educational institutions.

As a brand activator, we participate in marketing campaigns for several recognized brands in Malaysia, including HijabistaHub, Malaysia Airports, Redbull, Yamaha, Aeon Credit, Petronas, Houristo, and many more companies/brands for commercial purposes.
